Day 9: Long Beach --> San Onofre

Today was a light biking day - thank GOD... cus we are SORE. My legs are sore on top of sore. There's layers of soreness. So we took our time in the morning and walked to Brunch, which turned out to be an exceedingly difficult activity. We must of look liked we were headed to the Ministry of Silly Walks. Havent walked more then 10 paces until today, weve forgotten how to do it.
We started our shortest day thus far and went through some gorgeous beaches, holy cow; Huntington Beach (not so gorgeous), Long Beach, Naples, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and finally, San Clemente.

Then Pat and I destroyed some sunset happy hour at a great spot on the pier. I forced PP to drink Tropical Drinks
On the way to San Onofre we passed through the Orange County Nuclear Center, affectionately known as (by my 15 yo cousin), the Nuke Boobs. Gotta say hes on to something
The SS moment of the day is self-awarded... turns out San-O isnt so much of a campground, but more of a parking lot for RVs and Trailers. Soooo we camped on a parking lot. We did take a night hike down to the beach and made the best of it though.
