So we decided to bike to Seattle and crash with some of our GL alumni chill bros: Dust, Ric, Dyl, Trix, who have a nice post college pad near the University of Washington. With this trip we can now claim that we rode our bikes from Seattle to San Francisco, which for some reason sounds much more romantic then Tacoma to SF.
It was hard with all our gear. Every time we had to climb a bunny hill, I would find myself in my lowest gear WAY before I wanted to be there. Once again... humbling. But we made it, and had a real good time with some of the best people I know. Our route was excellent and very bike-friendly, often leading us through pedestrian/cyclist only trails. Its a similar route to the StP's first leg.
We took several breaks because shit kept falling off my rack (to Patrick's apparent annoyance, but I think secret amusement). We stopped along the Green River and had a snack with a couple new friends:

And then had Beers at Brouwers in Seattle with some old friends (go if you haven't been before and you like beer, they have like 200 beers on tap. Yummy stuff).
(photo cred to Bernie. Solid selfie bro.)
On the way back we stopped at the Boeing Headquarters, which stretches across several miles of land a bit south of Seattle. Brian and Brian, these pics are for you guys.
It was a bit rainy when we reached Tacoma, but hey, no rain no rainbows, and look what greeted us back home.
WE LEAVE TOMORROW &$#%!
I'll be slappin up our route and plan right before we leave for who ever is interested. Go Giants

Pat: I haven't liked jamming since I became a real musician. 90 % of it is just bad, and the other 10 % it's only okay.
